well, its not the game key, but after solving jigsaw you get the code for invite-only giveaway with less entries - higher chances to win =)
just in case you don't know how it works i see you didn't entered Duke giveaway, the format of link should be:
https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/XXXXX/
where XXXXX is code you get after solving jigsaw, case sensitive
if you take a look at puzzle section of discussions you will find more of these and other type of puzzles with giveaways behind them, they are quite common here

thats fine, I was the same when I get similar code for the first time with no explanation :D
btw if you solved the puzzle while being logged into your account at jigidi, you don't need to solve it again, you can view the code at any time. choose view image then hit speech-bubble-button from pause menu
