Anyway to add a "pack" to the SG Wishlist?

GA like "Tex Murphy Complete Pack" cannot be wishlisted via Steam. Can I wishlisted it via Steamgift?

No, Steam doesn't let you mark subIDs wishlisted or not interested, only appIDs.

It's not possible to add it to the wishlist on Steam, but should not be impossible to implement on a custom wishlist/filter here on Steamgifts, but that would require some work from cg. I wrote a suggestion about it a while ago:
