Hmmmm, when I bought the CS:S like a year ago, it came with the beta, so I guess you will have it in your library, but not too much ppl will be playing it or there won't be any active server.

No that's different. The CSS beta is to test new features in CSS and comes with all retail purchases. This is a different situation since the CS:GO beta is a pre-release beta. Valve's probably gonna shutdown servers for the Cs:Go beta once CS:Go comes out.
