Hi,

I'd like to ask you for advice about Ubi shop support.

I've bought form them Skyrim key and when I've activate it on steam it does't contains polish language (there weren't any info about it on website when I make purchase, and their sell me key from UK). When I've wrote them about it they send me to steam support which wrote me that my key is without license for polish and send further to Betshesda support which answer me that Ubi should exchange me key or refund it. After this I've send them those answers and their look for the case. Their looking for 1,5 week and till no do not respond. Do you have any advice what else I can do move this matter forward ? This become annoying.

You could try to download a polish mod or if you can't get answers just pirate a polish version. You paid for the game and it doesn't come with the polish version so you have to take matters into your own hands.

On the ubi website they should have an about us page which should list company directors and they're email addresses, choose the most senior listed and email him. These people don't like dealing with the great unwashed masses and will usually tell a minion to fix the problem pronto. Good luck.

They may, if you talk to them right. It's a long process. But I eventually got a digital copy of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory from the manager my case was escalated to, because the original DVDs of the game have a copy protection system that they didn't update past Windows XP, and so I couldn't play the game. It was very difficult to argue my case, but they eventually did the right thing.

Then nuke all those Customer Services. Bunch of retards working as CS. Unbelievable.

This kind of CS that makes me pissed.

If it were my case, I'd chargeback. I don't have games on UbiCrap anyway (not that valuable).

If you really need Polish language, you could ask for a refund and get the version that supports Polish language. If the game is sourced from UK, IMO it should be multi lang version. Don't know why your game doesn't have all language.

I can handle english, but polish version have capital dubbing (like Shrek) and simply I want it :). And no, polish version is only when you buy Skyrim in box or directely on steam.

Last time I messaged Ubi's support it took them a week to respond saying they received my problem and were trying to fix it. Then it took them another week to actually fix my problem. Horrible customer service, although I consider myself lucky as I hear other people won't even have their problems fixed and basically be ignored or run through redundant loops that lead to no help. Either they need more customer support workers or something. But good luck with your issue. Just keep badgering them, and hopefully it works or you could try over the phone support and ask for a manager, they usually get the ball rolling faster

Nobody can help you. Cenega and Bethesda have a monopoly agreement = no one can sell you PL/CZ/HU Skyrim, Dishonored and Fallout NV.
You can have Polish language only from local boxed version or .... directly from Steam. How Valve came into his possession? I don't know. Probably they bought localization from Cenega.
I contacted Bethesda UK support because after patch http://i.imgur.com/Z73tYZa.jpg all versions should include those languages.
Unfortunately support can't help. They give me RU key (region locked), they give me UK key (they tell me UK key contains Polish language) and they stopped responding. I sent this key to Steam support and received a reply: this key does not support Polish language.
END.

yes, but now I'm spaming everyone in ubisoft which email I can find with this, their sell me key in poland, on polish website and there wasn't any word that this version do not contains polish, so in my opinion there sell me good with fault and they must provide me good witout it (giving key from box version or bought directly from steam) or refund it.

Incorrect. The only language you should ever assume a game is provided in in English, unless it specifically says so on the games' store page. If it didn't say it had Polish language, then how are you going to claim they sold you something wrong?

You should just make a Steam support ticket and explain that the copy of the game you have is unplayable to you because your English isn't good enough to play it. Say that you had a friend who speaks English type up the support ticket for you, and that you only speak Polish. Explain that Ubisoft support keeps bouncing you to Bethesda support, and that they keep sending you to Steam support. Then, nicely suggest / ask them to change the subID of the game on your account from whatever it is to a subID that includes Polish language as an easy fix that would solve all your problems. You can check for the correct subID yourself, here. I would look these subIDs up yourself and include the one you currently have, and what you want it changed to, to increase your chance of success with Steam support. I could help look them up for you, but I don't know what version of the game you bought (Legendary Edition, or just the base game). There's a good chance you have subID 11798. You want subID 12101 (if it's the base game that you bought).

Good luck.
