Nope, no notifications. I do get it the when I need to log in for some reason, but not when I list a card.
The day before yesterday I had to look into the Confirmations section and did confirmed a few cards, but since yesterday not a damned thing appears. Problem is if I cancel the listing I probably will get a market suspension.

doesn't works for me. reinstall the app will be my last resort, i'm afraid. probably will get a 7 day market suspension for that.

Do NOT reinstall the app. It will mess up the authenticator to the point of no return.
If you do plan to reinstall while being prepared to probably get trade escrowed (market remains unaffected) for 7 days, I have a suggestion for you. Switch to Steam Desktop Authenticator/ WinAuth if you like. Auto confirmations are always nice. Thank ambidot for these instructions btw.

thx! i'll try to dig what you just said here and put it on. i'm not confortable to mess with sda and stuff, but i'll give it a try later. after all, it's just a few cards for now. if it doesn't solves out by itself I'll have to try your tips.

You can check the app here http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/greenify, it is very useful. But if you do not use it the problem is not from hibernating. I hope someone could help you. Good luck

I had an issue with the confirmations 2 weeks ago, i saw the trade i wanted to confirm but i couldnt open it, i tried for a whole day, every like 30 min and nothing... eventually ended reinstalling the app and worked, but since i had to recover the mobile security and shit i got the 3 day hold on trades for 7 days until i had the freacking week with the mobile security...

You gotta ask it on a date. If it says yes, take it to a nice dinner at a pricey restaurant. After dinner, give it a relaxing time at your house with a bottle of wine in a room with jazz music . no, I got the notifications for the 2-step log in just fine. Only the market listings were missing. But I did a bit of each tip above and finally got it working. Had to do a few phone restarts, log out from the app, cancel the previous listings from the app (not from the desktop client. otherwise i'd get a maket suspension) and just then i managed to do a new listing and get the damned confirmation by mobile. EASY!

well, i'm actually using a s#!tty backup device. funny thing is, sometimes it works, sometimes not. right now it works for market listing (solved it a few hours ago and edited the post), but when I try to propose a trade I get no confirmation.

I had it happen twice where new listings would show up for confirmation, but not allow me to confirm them. Cancelling all those pending posts and then restarting android had it working again each time.
Another time I had a few that didn't show up on the app at all, and just cancelling them on steam and reposting them fixed that.
Not sure if either of those is helpful to your situation. :)

I had the same problem with trading now and the problem was, that I was logged in with the wrong account (I am using one phone for two accounts). In order to get the CONFIRMATION NOTIFICATION, I had to be logged in the account that needed to confirm the trade (you need to be online and signed in in order to get the notification and that's the only way you can get the confirmation). I hope this helps someone searching for a FIX - even in 2018 :)

When I try to list a card in the market I need to confirm it through my mobile app. But since yesterday no confirmation shows up in the mobile. Seems like I'm already using the most recent version of the app but no confirmation shows up.
Anyone experiencing the same problem?
