U should change white texture to more dark whiete or make this gray. This is better, much realistic.

Its nice. But the name "W4T3R KILLA" is a no no.. o.o

I find it much better than anything that "sadam" dude has created.

You should use that skin (nice one by the way) as a basis and make it a bit more dirty, as in, little scratches here and there, very tiny and discrete but that would make it more realistic for the eye, if that's what you want.

Also, I'd suggest making the blue tint a bit greyish, less saturated, and the white a bit more greyish as well, all this in order to make it less noticeable on the battlefield (since, you know, weapons are supposed to have camouflage...)

edit : oh, yeah, maybe come up with another name ? :-P
But nice work anyway. And that comes from someone who usually doesn't give a damn about these CS:GO skin stuff.

Nice skin. I suggest changing the name to something Ice or Arctic related.
