Messaging people on Steam Gifts

Is there any way to message people on steam gifts? Or is there any chance this will be added in the future? Adding people to gift them stuff can be a bit of challenge with time zones.

Not really. The suggestion has been made repeatedly, you are better off bumping those threads.
Closest thing is commenting on old giveaways.
