Wow. Unlocks are REALLY not worth it.
Maybe the Sacred games, but since I own them all.......
I still feel that the ONLY game on this HB that looks like worth getting, that I don't already own, is Mighty No 9.

It never did. Franchise pack was released before Sacred 3.
And Sacred 3 was pretty much the worst in the franchise anyway. I have all of the games. One of my favorite franchises. I was SERIOUSLY disappointed with that one. Better off people didn't get it.

The subs are depending on the region. Some regions get Sacred 3, some don't.

Unfortunately, I can't answer that. You can either write a ticket to HB or ask a fellow Russian that activated the keys to give you the subid.
The subs are all ROW (they can be activated from anywhere), so who knows based on what logic does HB assign the keys....

According to the latest information from Humble Bundle, it seems that you will get Sacred 3, despite the fact that other people mentioned in earlier posts that they didn't get it. Who knows for sure, maybe HB fixed the problem...

Why I cannot activate my Sacred franchise keys, when it told me that the key will be restricted for my country CZ. SO it should work.

If you don't have all the DLC, the key should redeem on your account.

Is it maybe the fact that you clicked the button to reveal the key and it said something like "You already own the game"?
If so, just ignore it, it's just a HB message that has nothing to do with your Steam activation. You can copy the key and redeem it on Steam, like any other key.
