Galactic arms race not on steam gifts?

i just asked support if i could create galactic arm race or i should give away in forum they said This game is still in the greenlight process, and, as such, is not available to be used in giveaways at this time, I'm afraid. Should it eventually find its way onto Steam proper, it will be made available. Thank you for contacting support. i think u better just keep it if u want to give away in here wait until its release in steam then u can make a giveaway.

Currently, the game isn't available in the Steam store, though it can be downloaded off Steam if you own it using a Steam key, such as from the SteamGifts giveaway, Groupees bundle or even buying from the official site. Because it isn't available in the store at this time, it is impossible to see if a winner has redeemed it as they should, so no giveaways are available. Either give it away in another method or just get waiting.

I think you can also get a Steam key if you buy it on desura.
