Also, it doesn't work like that, if a game was 1,5$ a week ago, its value today is not 1,5$

So, I am kind of new to steamgifts and I have a question. I made some profit from trading cs go skins adn want to buy some games now.
Nevertheless, I am not sure at which price I should look for games I want. To be specific, game might cost 15 $, but if, for example, it was on 90 % sale its value is reduced to 1.5 $
This leads to the main question: Is there any way to check sale history for games that I want ? So that I know what is the real price for the game I am looking for and avoid fail trades.
