I think you can upgrade base game to GOTY buying this: http://store.steampowered.com/sub/31601/

Rabban, since the dlc is purchaseable seperately (or as the dlc pack linked to by yomisma), I won't add it to the list Rabban.
(though in Rabban's defense, I didn't specifiy "exclusive dlc" in my first posting, I have since updated my wording/thread.
Thank you both.

List of games in steamstore that have exclusive "dlc" in thier "deluxe" version with no upgrade option.
(meaning the dlc is only available in the deluxe/complete/collectors/goty/etc. edition)
Blackgaurds --> Deluxe Edition
Contrast --> Collector's Edition
Deadfall Adventures --> Digital Deluxe
FEIST --> FEIST + Soundtrack
Goodbye Deponia --> Premium (though it is inside the Deponia: The Complete Journey)
Knights of Pen and Paper +1 --> Deluxier Edition
Knights of Pen and Paper 2 --> Deluxe Edition
OTTTD --> OTT Edition
Planetary Annihilation --> Digital Deluxe
The Night of the Rabbit --> Premium Edition
Thief --> Master Thief Edition
Wasteland 2/Wasteland 2: Director's Cut --> Digital Deluxe Edition
many, many ubisoft/ea games (will add these over time, just far too many)
and several pre-order games having exclusive dlc. (list I most likely won't be able to put together):
Dragon's Dogma --> Digital Art Book
Take this thread however you want.
It's to hopefully help people looking to not waste time/money/effort on buying a game, only to later want it complete, only to find out they have to rebuy the base game as part of a 'deluxe' version because the dlc/content is not sold seperately. Grrr
(excluding micropayment/mmo types, that have only different amount of ingame currency <or whatever> for their versions. I'm looking at actual DLC, like ost, comics, art books, novellas, non-in-game-store content, etc.)
If you come along a game that has no upgrade option for their respected "deluxe" versions, please let us know, I'll update the thread, thank you.
