I guess you're supposed to send it to his e-mail, that if he doesn't check this site anymore and/or doesn't trust strangers on Steam, just try to notify him via E-mail, he will respond eventually. If he doesn't, submit a support ticket.

Well ive sent the code by mail but he doesnt respond or check it as recieved so ive contacted support.

You can give it to me if he doesn't want that.

Happened to me too, support should help.

Of course after a couple weeks, I ended up gifting it to a friend and the next day the winner marks me as not received, support got my slate cleaned too.

Imagine if Publisher's Clearing House came to your door with giant balloons and a massive check only to find out you weren't home to receive it? if I shudder at the thought. This reminds me of that.

I've been hearing a lot about admins being able to re-roll the winner. Maybe look into that.
