What's up with Keys on the Steam market?

Alright so I bought a few keys like almost 2 weeks ago. It said they'd be tradable after 7 days(it said the specific day and hour) and I was just thought of it as some kind of new thing Valve implemented to stop scammers and shit.

But now I log into my account, thinking I'll be able to trade but the keys on my inventory are still tagged as "Not Tradable".

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on? I've bought TF2 keys off the market about a year ago, and I never had any problems with trading them right away.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, these are CS:GO Keys.

Do you have the version of TF2 that lets you trade stuff? Requires either purchasing something in game, or to have gotten it from The Orange Box / Valve Complete Collection.

Sorry I forgot to mention, the keys I'm talking about are CS:GO Keys.

I've seen elsewhere that launching CSGO fixes that issue.
