Create a GA with 3 copies yes, but I recommend you sending each winner not the "gift url", but the 3 "key urls" that you get after redeeming the "gift url", because the "gift url" can be redeemed 3 times, and a not honest winner can just get all 3, also I see you made GAs for "GRID Autosport" which is not the same game as "GRID", these are 2 different games, just saying in case you confused the titles, if it's correct, then nothing.

If you have two mail addreses, you can just send all the three redeem links to yourself first and then mail/use steam chat to give each winner one. Else you can just insert the winners mails' on the gift page (you can see the winner's email addresses once they are drawn) and send them their redeem link to them that way. Don't think there is any difference.
Hmmm, thinking about it, the first method sounds somehow safer, since you can check if the winner redeemed or not the key (i.e. if the winner denies receiving the key but the page says the gift has been redeemed, at least you don't have to worry if maybe you accidently inserted the wrong mail address or something). Probably doesn't matter that much though.
