A question about games region locked on Steam

If your region isn't supported by Games for Windows Live, I can only suggest a PS3 version.

All Dark Souls for PC copies have GFWL DRM, I think, due to the multiplayer aspect of it. Of course there are several illegal ways around it, but you won't be able to access the multiplayer portion of the game (which some deem absolutely crucial).

I didn't know that GFWL region-locked stuff.
Anywho there's a workaround for the GFWL DRM, it comes with the 60FPS and 1080p fix.

As for the GMG key thing I'm not sure, but you can always get a friend to buy you a giftable copy on the steam store and trade to you.

Why can't you just use a VPN, I use WITOPIA for my VPN provider because they allow me to connect to so many places for cheap and their network is pretty fast.

Wouldn't this allow you to play then by tricking the game into thinking you live in that area.
