Winner with a nonactivated win from 2 years ago. How to check if suspension served?

I have requested a reroll even though it was over a month ago.

two years ago would be no request-reason for me, even if it is his one and only win

Create a new support ticket > Request new winner > Reason : Other > Describe for them what you have found about the winner !

What's the game that wasn't activated? It's rare, but there's a few situations where an activated game wouldn't appear on someone's profile.
