Ways to get ROW games - help needed

Good ‘insert your time of day’ folks! With all this restrictions now I can’t just buy game on steam to giveaway, and I don’t have any experience with other stores to get ROW games, so I need your help guys. Please suggest your favorite/best/cheapest stores and things I should know about them (like if they are selling only in some countries, have limited payment options, have specific sales/discounts/deals or have long and complicated process of registration/purchase).

Oh, and non-store ways to get games are good too, as long as they legal and not abusive. Like trading (it is still possible to trade games INTO restricted countries, right?) or opening a 4-packs.

Later I will sum up this information and add it to my post, so if someone else would looking for solutions it’ll be easy for them.
