Around where I live, 11 is known as a number signifying madness or foolishness, just like 13 means bad luck or misfortune. 11/11 is the day to celebrate that.
The catholic carnaval that follows later is a 3 day period of indulgence, before a 40-day fasting period until Easter. nobody seems to observe the fasting though). 11/11 is also the day when preparations for all that start off.

Wow, it's been 3 years since I've started leeching the sh*t outta this scam site, and I've won incredible games, even though I am probably blacklisted by a few people because I still didn't have time to play all these wonderfull games (or beacause of my low ratio), I really have intention to beat 'em all (except for Grass Simulator, I regret winning that), I also wish that from winners of the games I've given away.
