Ask for a reroll and then wait. The dood will get banned, but there should be a system wide clean of accounts that have a won:library disparity to fix the current mess anyway.

Personally I would take the hit to received, it seems like giving them the gift when you know that there is a 6/7 chance they wont activate it (which is more of an offense to the rules than your not giving it to them) is well justified. Also report them though it may not get seen right away I saw the admin has laid the ban hammer down quite recently in fact.

Create only private group giveaways till new moderators will be selected. Personally in this matter I don't believe in any system that doesn't involve human participation. And yes, ask for a reroll, don't send that game.

Get a reroll, the ticket might take ages to reroll and you can take the unsent hit for then, but when it gets rerolled you'll be able to rectify that

Also, screw that guy like others already said and make a ticket - but you'll have to wait a while, I'm waiting two weeks for a reroll of Mafia II I won - I couldn't activate it in my country, both me and the gifter hope to resolve this matter soon.

I see where your coming from with this. It is unfortunate that there are people out here to abuse and potentially profit off of others kindness and generosity. Unfortunately, unless there are tools to aid in these kinds of situations, we are left to the mercy of automation, which is what we have and use now apparently. Since your one of the generous members making giveaway contributions, I feel in my opinion that anyone in this kind of position should have some rights in asking for a re-roll as you put it in order to award the gift(s) to those who really want it, rather than someone who will likely just use the gift for barter on something else, etc.

Been in about same situation i didn't want to gift the game to a guy but my ticket was unanswered for 5 days knew wasn't gonna for re-roll so just ended up giving them the game hope you have better luck with support even though know isn't fixed yet maybe hit on received isn't to bad.

Don't give it to him. If they won't reroll it for you (which they should, since he broke rules on previous giveaways), then refuse him the gift. Gifting should be something you enjoy doing, end of rine
