Apparently, Pristine World has 26 total reviews, but I can only see 3 of them even after setting the filter to ALL. That may mean that the others, which came from keys, were considered untrustworthy and buried by Steam.

Ehhhh, that's probably because only 3 of them are in English and the rest were filtered out due to the language setting. Try clicking on "all languages".
