The code is hidden in the sky [ended, solution posted]

The code is hidden in the attached picture. The giveaway is for The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition game. There is only one code hidden in this post, but in the description to Monkey Island you will find links to two more giveaways: Don't Disturb and Antihero. All giveaways are lvl3+ and will last until ~ July 27th.

SOLUTION

The code was indeed hidden in the sky. There are different ways to see it, but what I had in mind was: invert colors and just play with brightness and contrast to see it. But since I myself sometimes straggling to see codes hidden in pictures I also decided to give a hint in form of cipher on how to see it.

If it is hard for you, you can try to skip the first two steps - but there are zero chances to bypass it.

There are 4 words in bold. Skip, two, zero, bypass. It should lead you to a "Skip cipher". To solve the cipher you needed to decode the text starting from second character without using any bypasses (some tools offers to set bypass option, some doesn't). Skip rumkin, Skip Cipher dcode

I had to replace most of spaces with "-" to avoid code corruption during copy-pasting. In the text you got there is something about Caesar and strange 23 letters. That should lead you to Caesarian Shift cipher and hint you that N is equal 23. Caesarian Shift rumkin, Caesar Cipher dcode.
