[Help] i need info about Dirt 3 key from AMD promo

i need some info about Dirt 3 key from AMD promo, is it activeable on region that are locked from dirt 3,

because my steam region locks me from some of GFWL games.

and thanks in advance for everyone that helped me.

Just activate it on Steam. The region block is just blocking you to buy it.
