It's bound to whoever activates it on the gift site. Send the link without the redeemer part to somebody else and he can activate it.

Sure, I gave away Dota 2 gifts with that method, just by posting the link and the fastest one gets it. Just give the link only to your friend. You can even try it out by clicking the link yourself (you can reject the gift and the link will still work).
Or just do what MDuh said.

Can I remove this [?redeemer=MY-EMAIL-ADDRESS] part of code ?
or this gift is bonded to my email address now, and only me can activate it ?
