I see the notice for Nadia, and the game is discounted:

However, I don't see any notice for Drums, and there is no discount. Edit: Confirmed to be kept on the store below:

2 games are dissapearing: Pulstar and Nadia was Here. The other 2 games Convoy and Drums of War are transfered back to the developers and they will keep selling the game on Steam under their own account. 🙂

That's the worst thing about itch.io , games can disappear and you won't be able to access them anymore despite owning them, most of the time it's without any prior warning or announcement. I don't think that's the case with Steam and (I think) GOG where you can still have access to your purchases (downloads/depots) even if the games are removed. In some extreme cases where a morondeveloper has vandalized his own depots so users can't even access the game, Steam has been able to restore it to a working previous snapshot.
