Can I turn games I don't want into keys to give away?

Due to purchasing the Valve complete pack I own every counter-strike game. I know a lot of people love counter-strike. I personally don't care for them. could I somehow give them away?

A game purchased for yourself in Steam cannot be gifted to another Steam user in any way. You can't gift games you already own from your library.

You can only use Family Sharing with your trusted friends (not to get issues from such sharing), as far as I know. But even then, 1 of you should be offline.
