Should the website staff share information to other members?
I would think it's obvious and warranted that SG support members should not leak the content of tickets or take pictures and leak them to their buddies or similar minded friends outside of SG support aka to non SG support\mod members. If this is really done on SG then they would be as worse as some of the rule breakers on SG and at the same time also abusing and misusing their SG support\mod status.

Website staff usually shares information if you're requesting a reroll based on a user's previous infractions.
I really wish Suspensions would simply be made public on the profiles. It would save me, users like me, and the mods a lot of time.
I'm probably misinterpreting your intentions with this topic, as it's not very well written.

I was expecting the opposite from a thread titled "Reports made public". I think what you actually mean is "User reports should remain confidential", which is something I agree with btw. There should however be some mechanism to prevent people from reporting the same user again and again for the same infractions.

It's no secret he does that.
Now that's interesting. How? I mean, it's one thing for it not to be a secret that the person in question would want to file user reports, especially if they're claiming so themselves. But it sounds like you're actually saying that it's no secret that the user in question actually does file those reports.
So... how do you know that?

So why was I specifically mentioned and nobody else from this "troop"?

Why? It's a genuine point. Should it be a private system?
My original point is still there. There is no solid proof.

The burden of proof is not on Support, but on whoever claims wrongdoing. In the same vein, "SG moderators should refrain from sacrificing virgins" would not be a thread that I would keep open (although they really should refrain from sacrificing virgins). There's just nothing good that can come out of such a thread unless it's related to an actual problem.
Since you no longer have claims about Support lack of confidentiality, I don't see the benefit of leaving this thread open.

Well I do claim that they lack confidentiality because I'm still paranoid that a user specifically called me out on reporting there group of people. So yes this thread is valid.
Really until all support members admit that they have never spoken to another SG user about other users and report tickets... This thread will remain open.

This is kinda paranoid.
And when someone is guilty they don't admit this in 90% of cases. Like kids that will try to cast blame on someone else. Adults often aren't any different.
Support members won't come here to write "I have never spoken to another member about someone's tickets".
Besides it's not possible, I think support members do talk about certain difficult cases on their part of the forum (they are also SG members). Not to make fun about rule-breakers or smth, but to establish repetitive way of handling things. At least I'd like them to do this, they shouldn't work independently and users shouldn't get different punishments for similar infractions.

Leaking of ticket contents should not be and is not tolerated.
To those people arguing above, this is a warning for you to stop.

Good thats how it should be and I hope how it is.
There is no arguing there. Just me confirming that I thought was maybe not the case :)

I recently reported a user and it got ignored, which is fine because its a busy section of the site. However a "friend" of the person I reported was aware I was reporting them.
'PS: Have you assigned Chicken to report me yet? Speaking of helping each other out.'
Fair enough if this was the person I reported and it was them being warned, but it wasn't.
Do you think staff should share who has reported/been reported. Doesn't this go against the rule of calling out?
Here was me thinking that staying out the drama and just reporting might be the mature thing to do. Seems like reporting does nothing.
