I got only 1 interested friend, but theres a DungeonLand group that we can setup there events to play together, using RC/skype/ventrillo :)

If you will be a pro Dungeon Master and swiftly kill all heroes they will just call you a dick and quit - that's what I think will happen in matchmaking :(

I think I'm passing. It seems like they focus so much on teamwork that it looks impossible to do solo, and after decades of Dota, I know that it might just make the game harder to party up with random strangers...
