Where's the best place to trade RL items? Does people trade crates vs keys or items from crates?

This looks closer to what I wanted but the fact u simply select random items from your inventory vs an item u want it doesn't seem like a very successful way to trade to me.

Do people trade crates vs keys or items from crates?

As far as I know you need keys that can only be purchased for real money to open crates so I'm pretty sure the answer is no.
