It took 30 minutes for me, then I received it 27 times. :P
Despite my having requested that right at the start of the promo, I still couldn't get the site to process correctly before the promotion ended. This is the 6th such GMG promotion that I've come in at the start of, and which has run out of stock while I attempted to get the site to work.
In other words, it's not your luck, it's just how GMG promos are.
