I'm not a mod, but I think I can answer your question. The IP address shouldn't matter, the important thing is whether you each have your own Steam profile or not. If you don't share a Steam account then it should be fine.

I have the same problem. Me and my brother share a computer for now, and an IP address. BUT we do have SEPERATE Steam accounts. I sent a message to inbox@steamgifts.com days ago and never received a reply. So if any mod is there please tell me that's fine!!!
