Unless your friend is rich ,distance is a relationship "killer"; without the physical contact and some type of physical companionship (going to the cinema together, eating) normally people grow apart as soon as they meet someone they are interested in "real life"

On one hand - I agree. On the other - I've met few Friends and love via different (not dating) sites, sooo... ;)
And I never ever met anyone worth my time on dating sites. I guess these places can be good for finding sex partner but not love/friendship. Or at least it didn't work for me.

i think using SG is a "bad" idea unless he only wants a gamer GF, that said i think you should have wrote something about your friend (what he does, what are his hobbys, how is his family and if he is "stable" and what type of relationship you want). You should also wrote what you are looking in women.

I kinda told him that the girls he used to pick via SG and others, are usually girls who like attention.
They are pretty girls, and maybe even wonderful, but they already have thousands of guys trying to get them.
I am trying to reach out, know better, find, some girls that are good in heart. Maybe shy, that's why its so hard for them to find someone to talk to.
I loved the way my friend was smiling when he met a girl (but then she ignored him and he became really sad).
I don't ask for relation declaration or something, but I'm looking for someone SINGLE (a woman) aged around 23+ who is happy to meet my friend, and just become friends, and maybe something more after.
