I can't tell you since when this addon is on esgst but this theme has been around for almost 3 years according this topic ^^

though i tried it out now and somehow SG becomes a bit slow and laggy

i generally don't use theme but i try a minute right now and i don't have lag.
i'm on firefox, last update and i try the 1st theme

yeah i have firefox as well...
and its less of a lag, but the site building itself, applying the themes/grafics, etc. takes a second more than before
and im not really sure if i like the look though as buttons and the like changed their appearance as well
