I'm waiting on my ticket over two months, never upped. Anyway expect a ban for complaining, that's the only thing they are willing to do quickly.

AFAIK you're shooting yourself in the foot, since tickets apparently are in a similar forum to this and they answer oldest first. You bumping your ticket basically puts it back on the longest wait time.

I normally wait a week or so before bumping. They're busy, it's almost Christmas and they just had two 10,000 key giveaways (and the associated regifting wave) to deal with, so you'll probably be waiting a while longer

Try asking people on the forum for help, if only the mods can help then as other people has said before don't bump it over and over it, wait at least 2-4 weeks just to make sure your issue isn't forgotten, it's december so they should have a lot of tickets since there are thousands of giveaways.

I understand your frustration since I had to wait several weeks to get answer to my tickets but I got suspended for 1 giveaway who was against the rules within 20h of its creation, but you have to undertand that the mods might be working pro bono, I don't think they are payed and thus they don't answer to tickets 8h a day but rather on their spare time I guess.
