I also have a ticket opened something around 2 weeks ago.. and no answer.

"Making more moderators" is not an easy task. Bump your own tickets once in a while and just wait patiently.

You know there's tons of other people waiting for their ticket to be resolved as well, 2 pages of bumps in just 2 weeks is kind of ridiculous and selfish if you ask me, 1-2 bumps a month is more then enough i'd say.

I thought it was supposed to bump, even tho I only did it 3 times (i think) with a week of difference between them due to thinking that some tickets would be lost trough time and space

"Months" implies more than two. You have 2 tickets about the same issue (everyone doing that just makes it take longer) a month old and an old user report in the 40,000 reports from the old system that support couldn't see until the new site. More mods are coming. Your issue will be handled soon. Your patience is appreciated.
