Don't click 2 times on Confirm create GA, when site doesn't load, so there won't be duplicate GAs, solution is you can write to support to remove one GA or buy another copy.

Well, the good thing about the marking of received/not received is that the winner of giveaway can change it if you do get them the correct game, when you can get it to them. Or contact Support and see if they will allow it to be deleted, which will cost you a giveaway slot. Whatever though, you have your answers to how too correct this.

There is a function for that, but I do not have access to that ability and so have no experience with how it actually works. It would obviously be used only when appropriate (i.e. in specific situations).

When you wish to have a giveaway deleted, the best thing to do is to create a "Delete Giveaway" ticket for it.
Current Queues:
Delete Giveaway - 1
Other - 1,277
Were I in your position, I would close my "Other" ticket and open a new "Delete Giveaway" ticket. In the new ticket, I would include a link to my old ticket so that Support can see the "history" of the incident if it is needed.

i created a giveaway and it duplicated for some reason i saw it after it ended soo....
how am i gonna fix this problem both giveaways ended and both giveaways have a winner?
