Help me find this game please!

So, I had this game, long time ago, a 2d side scroller, only thing I can remember is that I had a sort of gun which shoots bubbles or water drops, that can make plants grow. I remember I was stuck for like a week or so in front of a little plant not knowing what to do next until I realized that the gun cam make plants grow. I looked for this game far and wide, but since I cant remember the name, I could not find it...

The console I played this game was a Famicon clone called Terminator 2 ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terminator_2_%28console%29 )

Does anyone have any idea what was the name of this game?

Tried looking for the game, can't find any.
Have you tried looking at a list of platformers available for the NES? That might help
