Is there a way to give someone my damn points?

Soo... I just have too many points. And, there's barely any game I'm interested in. I don't want to enter random giveaways for games I don't need/want (like the Really big Sky giveaway I won. Felt bad, so I made a Saint's Row: The Third giveaway ). So.. any way of giving random users my points?
