There hasn't been any sign of bugs, so you've just got some bad luck. Remember that giveaways with 100-200 people still give you a chance of only 1-0,5%.
Just keep joining lots of giveaways, do some puzzles, join some groups, and I'm pretty sure you'll win in no time!

the problem: lvl 2 is too easy to reach so there are lots of entries. on higher lvl your chance will grow (but dont spend your money to get higher lvl to win games - you would pay more than you would get^^ do only a ga, if you want to give something to the community)
and: if you want to get games, its worth also to spend a view to the bundles^^ rachellove is making a great job here to show us all bundles. so you can save much money^^

It is probability and not bad luck. My first win was after 2000 GA or so. I've heard of some people winning after 3000 GA. So just be patient and pray to RNGesus :P

it was explained above but let me repeat it. i have 2 wins out of 1000 GA's. one was public (1/455 - a pure luck) other one private and l4 limited one (1/31 - which is not that lucky). so, i'll suggest same; try to increase ur level, chase the puzzles and don't hesitate to join trains :)

You will win somethign soon enough but as you know its random chance u may find giveaways with less entries on the forums if put some effort into it like puzzles or just hidden ga's in general ;p still doesnt guarantee anything though!
There are some awesome people who do events for level 0-2's who have a really low to none winrate to increase their chances to win a GA but these can only be found mainly on the forums ;p

They didn't want you to think the site was a scam ;) 4k+ entries or so in my first 2 months and no wins so you gotta click hard if you wanna win lol. Also giving away games and increasing levels has helped

the lowest chance i had was 1:950 (Lvl 1+) but it was Dead Space, so i'm happy with it, haha
the highest chance was 1:6 (Lvl 3+ Private Group)

Bad luck. I was over 1500 entries when got a copy of The Journey Down chapter 1. I am at ten wins now with over 4500, and my level now lets me in much smaller ones too.
Plus there is the zelghadis factor. He wins like 10% of the entire site. Daily. :D

I have read the FAQ which says its possible you won't win anything for a long time, and I get that because the chances are not that high.
But here is my experience:
I joined this lovely community about a month ago, and I've been pretty active.
I joined more than 1.100 GA's now but haven't won anything yet.
I know it's normal to not win anything when over 1.000 people join a GA, but I have also been joining GA's with only 100-200 people (like invite-only, or higher levels).
And sometimes I see other peoples accounts, and see that they won several GA's within a short time (even the lower lvl GA's).
Do I just have bad luck, or could this be a bug (which is highly unlikely right?)?
TL;DR: I have not ever won a GA from the time i joined, and was wondering if I just have very bad luck.
