What if you have a steam key for Battleborn?

So is the key worth anything now? Would it work like a full game upgrade. Just wanted to know as I have it sitting and don't want to offend people if I offer it in a trade. Thanks

Activate and play (presumeably before F2P transition) to get a Founders upgrade with a few boosts and items.

Not entirely sure about this but since they're not stopping to sell the game your key should stay exactly as is and give full access to the game including all characters and Story mode (which is not included in the Free Trial).

Only multiplayer is free.
