I'm out of the Country and I get this message trying to buy something.
"Your purchase could not be completed because it looks like the currency of funds in your Steam Wallet does not match the currency of this purchase."
Any tips?

Has anyone actually been banned or had their account punished in some way for activating games with a VPN? or is it just assumed that is what would happen? I've seen posts from people who say they used a VPN to activate with no problems, but I trust that as much as the people saying you'll get banned for it also :p
