I want to buy this bundle but I've never bought games on IR. Do they give steam key or have activation mechanics like HumbleBundle/Indiegala?

Besides requiring 100$ worth of game to join SG, I think they should add English certificate as a joining condition too, at least IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 80 or equivalence. So people will know what "Create Giveaway" button does, or, what sentence should be considered "begging".
