I have a Nexus Silent Mouse, look around in that series. It is 140% fully noiseless.

a RAT 7, it makes a solid click sound when you click the buttons, but I wouldn't call it loud (for reference, my Noctua fans are running at 660 rpm and are inaudible :) ) oh and I have a white Razer Destructor pad, if you want, you could apply some additional silicon grease to it or, in case the teflon feet will eventually have worn down, you could get those ceramic ones

Mine's not silent, but I use a Kensington Pro Fit. It's a bit of a bulkier mouse, but I personally prefer larger mice. As I said, it's not silent but I wouldn't say it's particularly loud either (probably about average as far as mice go).

It's not an expensive/fancy gaming mouse (nothing against those, wouldn't mind having one myself), but it's durable/reliable and it's fairly comfortable to use even for extended periods of time. Despite not specifically being a gaming mouse, it still has 2 extra buttons on the side which are easy to use. Overall I'd say it's a great mouse if you're looking for a good quality mouse in the lower price range.

GIGABYTE M8600 Wireless Macro Gaming Mouse

I got it along with a GTX560 and a K8100 gaming keyboard when GIGABYTE was doing a giveaway in celebration for Starcraft II.

Mine's just a basic Logitech laser mouse. I'd like a nice mouse, like my nice keyboard (G15), but I never have money, so whatever.
