problem how I have the link for the gift,

or it is after the contest draw is finished ?

You have to send the gift after the giveaway ends.
You can either add the winner or send the gift via e-mail.

A small tip on how to create a link, there must be no space between the ] and the (.

Like this:

You could put in keys or humle-links on creation, but you don´t have to.
You can can give it to the winner after the draw, via mail or adding the winner.

Yes, after the giveaway ends you will get the mail address of the winner. You can also add them on Steam if you prefer.
