Hitman Collection - is there RU restriction?

Hey there, friend of mine from Russia is planning to buy me Hitman Collection ( http://store.steampowered.com/sub/26687/ ) but Hitman Absolution is region locked, but collection itself is not, will I be able to play all these games or are they going to be region locked? Thanks. :)
