You will have to wait until the game is no longer in your game list and then sync your account on Steamgifts.

free weekends really mess with your games list. even if you didn't play the game, if steamgifts happens to sync your account during the free weekend it will see that you have it because technically everyone has access to that game while it's free. if you play it though, it remains on your games list as long as it's on your recently-played list, which is approximately two weeks. to avoid free weekend problems you need to manually sync your account every thursday before a free weekend might start and not play any of the free weekend games.
