Will you buy this bundle? What tier?
Hand of Fate is the only one that interests me, but I won't buy the bundle for just one game. Hard pass on this one.

Snakebird is so great... (if you like puzzles). It's only $1 bundle, so if you even remotely like puzzles I would suggest getting it because it's "fairly" challenging (but since I'm fairly bad the game took me like 40 hours).

If anyone bought tier 3, does it it have seperate Steam keys for just Viscera and VCD:House of Horror or are there more steam keys for VCD: Santa's Rampage and VCD: Shadow Warrior included seperately?
Edit: I know it says so on the page but it'd be better if someone can confirm directly.

The initial description confused me but someone confirmed it's only 2 keys, one VCD and the other VCD: House of Horrors. So very likely could be a package for the base +those 2 other DLC, but can't tell for sure.
Plus the description got slightly changed, the part with it having VCD: Shadow Warrior and Santa's Rampage Steam keys got removed.

can also confirm first Hand that you get a seperate key for House of Horrors and one for the base game. No Idea if the other 2 are included, since I had everything but HoH already. They are Stand-alone DLCs though, so they will show as seperate Games in your library, unlike HoH.

I don't mind in what form they get added to the library. I'm just checking if VCD:Santa and VCD:SW are included with the base game's key.
(I add games to bundles / create bundles on barter.vg, I have to know if some games are combined in a single key, because if it is, I'd have to list the subpackage if it exists on Barter for e.g . If it doesn't I'd have to make a note for the admin to create said package.)

When you buy it, could you check how the DRM free version of Hand of Fate is delivered (ZIP or EXE)?

Hrm. If it would be an installer, it would be decided. Now I'm still on the fence. Many of the ZIP versions of the HB DRM free games are actually literally a compressed package of the Steam repo the developers upload to Valve, completed with the Steam DLL and identifier files.

Edit: Ah well, bought it. Luckily with fresh bundles, they seed torrents, so I downloaded that and it shows that the ZIP file contains only an installer, so there is hope yet.
Edit edit: Celebrated too soon. It's not an installer but a self-extracting compressed file. :/ Ah well…

That it is essentially a portable version of the game, which means if it gets an update, HB may not get it, and if they do, it'll be another full download. It's just clumsy in 2016, MS-DOS games were distributed in such ways. I like DRM free versions, but HB's distribution system is vastly inferior to GOG's. They are closer to being legal pirated versions to try before adding the game to Steam.
But in this case I'm glad. I'd never add this game on Steam I think, the achievements look too much of a hassle. But if GOG ever gets a good sale, I think I may get it for the expansion. I think I play through it eventually to decide.

I just don't like when someone uses a really old and outdated solution for a problem, when there are much more effective possibilities which have been around for quite some time. A few devs supply normal DRM free installers and even separate, small patches, but to give you an example, Xenonauts on HB is stored in two 2.5 GB archives: one for v1.56, one for v1.59. And I assume when 1.65 will get released sometimes in the next decade, it'll be another full download. I have the bandwidth and the storage, but it feels like travelling back 15 years.

Not sure about it yet. Hand of Fate looks pretty good. Especially to me, who likes games with card decks but all the other things not interest me that much. Will think about it and probably ending up buying it anyway...

i had a lot of fun in hand of fate! The game is a "dungeon crawler" in which the dungeon is random generated from a deck of cards that you choose; it also has combat which plays like batman arkham series.
