Is Red Orchestra 2 bought from the Russian steam shop region free?

I'm thinking about getting (hell, I will!) Red Orchestra 2 from a Russian person because it's about $9 there, but I was afraid that it might be region locked and I don't want to be in such situation!

I also need an answer quick before the sales ends! :(

It's not region locked I suppose. I think none of steam gifts are region locked, only keys.

My friend buy RUS copy from G2play time ago. The game it's region free.

RO2 Russian keys are region free. A cousin got one from ebay at release, everything was ok

Why should it be different?. Besides, I've been a regular in RO forums for years, never saw any comment about region locks for any TWI game
