^^^ im down with donation money to charity's but i hate how they lie about the bundle every year. over 30 GAMES!!!!! like 17 are dlc and two of them are the same game.....Guacamelee! gold edition and Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition

Exactly, not ony they lie, but also sell it a gift everyday and make you feel like it's christmas but in the end most of the gifts are kind of disappointing.
Apart from that, it is one of my favorite ways to help charity, through something that I love to do, gaming.

This usually happens when Choice is realeased. I've never seen any Monthly/Choices released with high game bundle activity.
You're probably right about none, but still nothing unusual.

They've definitely upped the amount of non(Steam)game bundles, which isn't necessarily bad and I've been hoping to see another nintendo related bundle (but alas, never again thus far).
I think it's been a long while since I looked forward to Tuesday nights to see the newest on HB, haha.

I'm always up for broad content, that covers different art forms and not only gaming, but it sucks to see the best bundles website going down in quality terms and finding no replacement for them. The closest nowadays is Fanatical, but they kind of perform legal scams with those mystery bundles and fill the rest of the bundles with a bunch of poor quality games.

With how late I got around to joining steam, I almost feel like I barely caught the end of the 'good times' of HB, because soon after, there were complaints about IGN in almost every bundle thread on here haha. Perhaps that is a good thing, too, since that way I can't really miss a golden age I never experienced? I sorta get the same vibe with steam sales, actually XD Just when I got into it, it seems to decline, haha.
And well as much as I dislike Fanatical's mystery bundle lootbox system, can't blame them for making a buck if people are actually willing to spend money on it, right? I don't see myself ever biting but I also don't see them ever stopping as long as enough people do, haha.
Plus, who knows, the decline in quality means saving a bit of money here and there, so I do try to see it as a win-win. But I'd be lying if I didn't say I miss the excited for upcoming stuff, staring at a leaving bundle's countdown eagerly awaiting the next one to roll in, stuff like that.

Just asked and apparently another jingle jam bundle incoming :)

And yet they hardly bundle recent games and resort a lot to leftover keys (the leftovers part doesn't happen necessarily with Humble Bundle, but they also do it). Plus, no one wants bundles filled with games that they know no one will ever play.

First, no one talked about triple A games, you are assuming that we are talking about that. Second nothing that you've said applies knowing that humble bundle used to constantly present us with great games, some triple A and some Big Indie games, so it shows that every game has it's price. Plus most of the bundles make a huge chunk of money that is highly valuable for devs, specially because they are selling digital copies which are infinite, so it saves a lot on publishing costs.
I understand where you are trying ot get, but it's not the case as you are trying to put, the fact is, Humble Bundle is changing their business model, probably because they are making a lot of money with their store, I doubt that big games, Triple A or Indie, are refusing to appear on Bundles, knowing that they get a lot of exposure and a fair income in the end.

Darksiders 3 recouped their money after a month of existence and they saw a growth of 38% of sales each year, so entering a bundle after 2 years of existence is pretty great to revamp the hype around it. Another case comes in the same bundle, Yakuza Kiwami 2 is being bundled at the same time that the new title is coming up. What it shows is that game devs that collaborate with Humble Bundle do get a lot, not just in cash but also in promotion and promotion is a in indirect way of making money, so it's a win win when done right.

Agreed with SpaceCouncil above, which is why I expect to wait 3-5 years before games appear in bundles or 80% off. New games go on 50% off quick these days within months( partly becuase they all have dlc fests later).
Stop expecting new games to go in bundles, that's unrealistic and you'll be disappointed every time.
If there's one or two games you REALLY want, take the 50% after three months. If you don't REALLY want it, then wait 3 years.
