Ha! You see, actually - no. Volvo FH that I posted on photo and cars you (I think) are reffering to are, as wiki call them tracktor units (but most of people call them trucks). They usually have two seats, eventually a bed if it's designed to go on longer deliveries. They are created to pull traillers with different cargo, but without them (and even with them) they still fit under defintion of a car. Look at photo bellow - 4 wheels? Check. Two seats aka abillity to carry a small number of people? Check. It's a car :D
