Gifter has 7 days to send the gift to you. If he does not send it in that time, create a Support ticket and mark it as "not received"

They have a week to get it to you before you'll get the option to mark it as not received.

You won't get a message from SG about the sender clicking the 'sent' button. If you want to, bookmark the giveaway page and check it manually.

The best thing to do for now is be online on steam as much as possible, and make sure you're checking your email somewhat regularly. Have your gracious face ready, and be patient.

It's awaiting feedback until you've clicked recieved. The "I've sent this gift" is mostly pointless to be honest. It's more of a reminder to the gifter about if they've done it or not.

tl;dr I won and didn't get them game yet.

@OP- You have to give him time. Check if he wrote how he will send the game, some prefer email, some prefer adding directly on steam. Once you do receive it, you click in 'view won' on top and click on I received the gift. And that's it. The 'Awaiting feedback' thing will go after you marked it as received.

You have to wait for at least 1 week to mark it 'Not received' in case you don't get it by then. But you will probably get it in a few hours.

No need to be impatient, some people don't have the time to check constantly if they have to send a game; personally i used to mark the end of the giveaway for a time i was around, so the email was pretty damn quick.
